Default Additional coats during storage......

My Z has been in storage for almost a month, and I am going through withdrawals...... .

I decided to load up on the coats of wax while the car is in storage......anybody else doing this? What is the coldest(indoor temp) that you have applied wax/booster?

NXT is a cleaner combo product, it will not layer and will remove the previous coat of whatever you put down, if you want a product that layers find a carnauba that contains no cleaners or a synthetic product that contains no cleaners like Zaino Z-2 or Z-5.

Personally, I would not use the Color X product on your car since your car is so new as it is for oxidation removal per their website.

Not to get into a product war, NXT does layer, and you are able to layer NXT over Color-X....

Color-X has cleaner qualities, which will "excite" a base coat which is what I wanted.......I am not a chemist, but tell you the results are spectacular!!!!.....

Jonezzz, what kevin is trying to say is that NXt has some mild cleaners on it and if applied over another wax or NXt itself, it will remove the previous layer due to the cleaners. If you want something that layers, get something that has no cleaning properties such as pinnacle waxes (souveran or signature), p21s, #26 or if you want a sealant wthout cleaners go with zaino, UPP, wolfgang sealant, or even the new meg's #21 polymer sealant.
