Gee.. the response here is not especially gratifying to the sponsor of this particular forum....

Maybe you ought to consider Zaino. I've heard it looks pretty good, even on a Porsche.

Well, the only reason I say this is the car is black and it's lot more expensive than anything I have ever had and want to make sure I can protect it and keep it looking good. it's my buisness car and that's my livelihood.

So anyway, I heard about crystal guard and supposedly it's a teflon coat that would protect the car from it's brouchure. So i wanted to see if there was anybody who has used it on their car and are happy with it.

Anything that makes a reference to "teflon" - you should have doubts about the claim. True "teflon" is something that is only applied at high temperatures, something that would burn the paint off your car. There is no way to get teflon in a spray.

I use Crystal Guard on my DB 2004 Roadster. It works great...really shiny and seems to protect very well. Don't over do the Crystal Guard application. If you do the surface will be hazy and requires a little elbow grease to get it off. I like Crystal Guard because there is minimum amount of car wiping... reducing the chance for swirl and scratch. Follow the suggestions else where on this forum about wash procedure such as don't rub in circles... up and down on the door panels etc.

Good Luck
