Default Wheel Cleaner

I have the 18" OEM wheels and wondering what type of wheel cleaner is safe. Those OEM brakes put off some dust. I have already waxed them and do not want to change the pads yet. Just hate washing them by hand every few days.

Any good cleaners out there? I don't want to harm the wheels in any way. Seems like the 05's don't put out as much dust as the 03's. I am probably imagining things though,

McGuire's Wheel Cleaner, Its in a pink Spray Bottle. I think it works great, but its not real cheap. Pick it up at Auto Zone. Also, Zaino makes a good wheel cleaner to. Expensive though.

I think I use wheel 2000, in a cheesy green bottle. It’s safe for all wheels, I used them on my OEM and aftermarket. Pretty cheap compared to the rest on the market.

I have used the black magic tire cleaner and a brush for a year now. I usually dip the brush into the wash soap too, and the foam produced seems to clean better. I havent seen any paint come off or dulling, but in general I think as long as it isnt a polisher you should be ok.

I have had great success with Eagle One A to Z. Its pretty safe for OEM wheels and its great for cleaning tires as well.

I don't use any type of wheel cleaners, my pads put out a lot of dust also, I just apply Zaino z-2 to my wheels and then use the Zaino Z-6 detailer spray and an old towel (that I do not plan to ever use on the paint) to wipe off the brake dust, no mess this way......
