Default Drying tips?

I'd like some of your opinions on drying the Z after washing. Has anyone used the california water blade with any success? My car is SB, so as you all know black is a bastard to keep clean and dry without getting flint and whatnot all over it after wiping it down. I've heard a few guys say they use leaf blowers to dry also? Whatever gets the job done quickly without going through a bunch of towels is what im looking for.

Water Blade is awesome, does not get in the cracks, but works well.

If you use the sheeting trick, most of the water will run off of your car. Then all it takes is a good waffle-weave microfiber towel to absorb the few remaining drops. Combine that with a leaf blower to get the water from all the cracks and crevices that it hides in.

does the water blade scratch the paint?

I would think so considering you're running hard rubber directly over the surface... if you're not careful, wouldn't one loose rock would end up getting dragged across the entire panel?

I have black and something I started doing & work’s really good, after washing and rinsing the car let it sit for about 15 minutes. Get a bucket of HOT water and an absorber, dip the absorber in the hot water squeeze the water out but leave it a little damp and start wiping down the car, You’ll see the water evaporating quick without leaving any water marks or streaks.

The hotter the water the better.

Down here in the south, if you let your car sit for 15 minutes it would be dry and full of water spots.
