Angry Water Spots

All right had some bad luck with the Z, I was driving the other day and ran over some oil on the freeway. I did not have time to go home and give the car a proper wash so I stopped by a car wash and spayed the oil off with the high pressure wand, rinsed the car in the spot free rinse and drove on. Now the water dried and left spots on the car (you do have to look for them) and I do not seem able to remove them. I have tired mothers clay bar and mequires step one cleaner on them with no results. Any ideas?

Wash with Dawn and a microfiber towel. If you have to, apply a little pressure to rub the spots out.
