Default Porter cable ... ?

I have read lots of good things on the porter cable 7424. I have a super black z - and would like to remove swirls and what not. Has anybody had any experience with it? Is it a worthwhile investment with meguiar pads? Any info would be great (I have the full line of meguiars swirl remover/polish and wax).

You can get the PC polisher (7336) from Lowes for $109 normally. I heard last week they had it for $99. Once you do that, go to TopOfTheLine.com and order the 6" velcro backing plate for the PC and get some Lake Country pads (7޽").

why can't u just use the standard white pads? They are like so much cheaper and doesn't leave swirls.

I got my 7424 from www.amazon.com for $120.00, but you have to buy the 6" velcro backed adapter. I use mine with Megiuars pads and get awesome results.
