Default Freshly painted body pieces--how long till I can wash/wax?

I got a wing freshly painted/installed today. When I got home the fluorescent lighting in my garage showed some small specks on the wing--sort of like hardened paint. Is this called overspray?

I'd like to get ths taken care of before the shop isn't in a position to be liable. Therefore: Can I clay the wing tomorrow? Can I use NXT tomrrow? I really want to find out, but don't want to damage the paint or harm the curing process.

As I understand washing the whole car is ok, but waxes I can't?

CLIFF NOTES: Can I apply NXT and use a clay bar on my newly painted wing?

no, let it try for at least 2 weeks.. I made a mistake to clear bra my front lip after it's painted, and it lifted up some of the paint while I was adjusting the clar bra.. so let it dry at least 2weeks to 4 weeks.

Car wash will not hurt it, chances are the car has already been washed, buffed, cut, and polished by the time it leaves the body shop.

Just a conclusion:

I went to the shop and the guys there were great. They wet sanded the spoiler, followed by buffing by machine and then by hand.

There is only one problem--the spoilers paint looks better than my cars, LOL! I'm going to have to clay the car. Anywho, be on the lookout for a pics post in the body section.
