what about crystal guard? anyone use that? seems like everyone just uses zaino. if CG works i'd rather use that instead of waxing all the time.

 

Zaino will outlast anything on the market I'm aware of. It is just that most guys like to keep adding coats because it looks better and better each time

 

Hand wash once (if possible) a week, never goes more than 2 weeks without one..... strictly hand wash only!!

As for Crystal Guard for someone who asked...... doesn't do a damn thing for me for some reason.

Man... I used to hand wash every other week and take it to a "touchless" carwash on alternating weeks. I've been there about 7 or 8 times and I paid more attention this time only to notice that in this covered tunnel barely out of view, there are two dudes which brush the hell out of the cars before the wash. So much for going there anymore. I guess it's hand washing every week now .

 

hand wash. Depending on weather usually once a week. I try to get at least 1 coat of wax on as well or at minimum a Z8 finish. Yesterday = Wash, 1 coat Z5, Z8 finish And applied my first layers of Wheel Wax. We'll see how that stuff works in conjunction with my Hawk pads.

 

Handwash about five times per year. I like a nice clean car but I do have a life.

 

Wash 2X week.
Wax 1X month.
Detail something every wash.
tires dressed Every wash.

SB. Gotta love it!

 

Rims = Daily
Entire car wash = Once a week
Zaino = After every wash
