Default Protecting 35th Anniversary Wheels

Can I use a good carnuba wax on my 35th wheels or should I spring for "Wheel Wax"? All I can find at the local auto stores is Wheel Polish and I don't need to polish them just protect them.

You should use a wheel wax or a good polymer wax. Don't waste your time with a carnuba because the heat will melt it away really quick.

i used some excess Zaino Z2-Pro on my wheels and they came up really nice

the reflect just like the body and have also noticed seriously less brake dust, so much so that the rears get dirtier than the front now with normal road grime/dust

but on the rims the wax will prob last only a 1/4 as long as it does on the body, but given its Zaino, u'd need to re-wax once a month
