cold weather n the Z !

I'm from Minnesota - I wasn't sure if I was going to drive my Le Mans Z in the winter or not. Thankfully, the weather has been INCREDIBLE warm this winter with very little precipitation. Anyway, after a few instances getting stuck in the little bit of snow we did get earlier this season, I've decided to keep it parked when the roads aren't nice and dry. As far as keeping it clean, I've only had it "dirty" once and the emotional pain I felt from stepping out of my car and seeing it almost made me cry all the way the carwash. If you get a Z, you will get attached to it - and I promise you that you won't be able to let yourself drive it when its gross outside. Plan on keeping it parked in the winter.

Live in Milwaukee area.....no intention of driving it when snow or salt are on the roads.....just too hard to keep it clean....not much snow this year so the road maintenance people have WAY too much salt available......they are putting LAYERS down if it even THINKS about snowing.
I live in Norther Virginia. I drive a beater all winter. I have a LeMans Sunset Z bought 9-28. It has been parked in a garage with a car cover on it since 10-30. It has 417 miles on it and it is flawlessly shiny. It will not emerge from the cocoon probably until about the end of March. No Salt, aggragate, or other noxious chemical on my baby.
