i use eagle one wash because its cheap and easily found at any auto parts store. Its plenty slick like the more expensive soaps that you can order from other companies. For wax i am using zaino right now but i'm going to try some other stuff soon. Interior i use a vacuum and a damp mf towel. Wheels i use the same soap i wash my car with.

Get a soap made for washing cars - don't use household or laundry detergents. If you have a certain wax/polish that you're using, make sure you pick a soap that is compatible - you don't want something that's going to strip the wax off.

Use a cotton chenille or lambs wool mitt for washing.

Use a waffle-weave microfiber towel for drying.

Soap, Eagle car wash... much cheaper than zaino and no problems yet
Wax, Zaino all the way, Z1 -> Z2 -> Z6. Not a big fan of the ZFX, overpriced IMHO
Interior, Maguires gold class Leather Conditioner.

100% Cotton wash mit, 100% cotton towls
