After i wipe off the brake dust off my stock 17's, i notice a yellow film. I usually use soapy water but its not coming off. I can scratch it off with my nail, so i know its not hard on. What can i use to take off this yellow film

 

try a wheel/brakedust remover spray that says it is safe for clearcoated wheels

 

yea aftermarket cleaning products won't harm the stock 17's but if you upgrade to volks only use soap and water
