I recently got a Carbon Fiber front lip for my car however its painted blue. Whats the best way to strip the paint without dammaging the carbon fiber???

Sand, then start to wetsand, going to a higher and higher grit each time I guess. Finish up with a few layers of clear coat. What do you all think????

Anything I can rub on that would disolve the finish aready on it and cut right down to the CF???
