Default Quick Question...Please Help!

Will these ingredients hurt my car such as the paint, wheel finish, tires, plastic, etc.
1 quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide

1/4 cup of baking soda

1 teaspoon of liquid dish soap.

There is a stench that won't go away from the right side of my car and i heard that mixture will get rid of any stench.

Thank you

I say try it on a small area that you wont see like the bottom rear cornerof the sideskirts or bumper and see what happends.

If everything is ok, then try it in a larger place that is still hidden and if that's fine and you feel confident, scrub down what you need to followed by a wash with regular carwash soap and a waxing for painted surfaces.

Paint is susceptible to oxidation.

Hydrogen peroxide is an oxidizing agent.

My intuition is that it would be no better than throwing salt on your paint.

Edit: As a side note: salt is not an oxidizing agent, but it catalyzes redox reactions (which is why it seems to speed up oxidation)
