Virgin Rag Owner - newbie Q.

This is my first ragtop and I am looking for advice on washing the vehicle. Maybe this is a non issue but I am concerned that the regular "auto soap" could be harmful to the convertible material. Also, can you just use a sponge to soap up the top like you would the body?
Any tips would be appreciated, like is there any maintenance that goes with a rag that the gen pop doesn't know?

I just got my Z friday - I posted a similar question today... if you find anything let me know... i thought these folks would help me out but it appears they dont handle ragtop questions.

Many forum members don't answer questions that answers can easiy be found with a search. You might also try looking in the roadster section also. Good luck, and remember the search option is your friend.
