No - continue to work by hand and if you're not getting the results you want or you find it's too much work then it might be time to think about a PC. Don't sweat paint removal too much - unless you do something monumentally crazy it's actually pretty difficult to polish too much clear coat away by hand or with a PC.

Lowes. It's $109, $99 if you use the movers coupon. The model is 7336 (or 7427), they are the same thing except the 7336 has a larger counterweight, so either is fine.
