Ordering Zaino takes forever

Man....talk about slow....2 weeks + now....they say it shipped 2 days ago....
Zaino needs online ordering really bad...like now.

Something is not right. I have ordered twice since November, both times on a Wed. night and had both orders on my doorstep by that Friday afternoon.

Where did you order from?
