Default acid rain spots?

my car is 4 months old, black i might add. Just recently i noticed i had these spots all over my hood and trunk, they look like water spots. I went to get my car washed and they still wouldnt come off. Im taking it to the dealer they said they will polish and wax the car for me. ANy idea what it could possibly be? Any idea on how to avoid getting these and on how to get these off? I hope tomorrow does the trick b/c if it doesn't im going to be pretty pissed. Also, if for some reason they cant get the spots out, do i have any possible way of getting them to repaint the car for free? If not how much am i looking at. It is a convert so no roof necessary. My concern is that all the cars on my block that have been there for years have no issues like this. But my car which is brand new is having this issue after 4 months? Could it be a bad paint job or clearcoat?

Your not going to get a re-paint for free, unless Nissan suggests it!
Sounds like you just need a polish/buff, and all will be fine

If I am not driving the car, it is covered. I can have the cover on or off in 5 minutes. Very convenient.
