It's an absolute scam. The old lady across the street got conned into it for $500 and was promised it would last 5 years. She came to me after it had been washed a couple of times asking me why it wasn't shiny any more since it was supposed to last 5 years. She was pretty upset with the dealer when I told her.

I witheld an important piece of info. Since we are still paying msrp up here in Canada....they are throwing it in for free, it's as much as i could get out of them. Would you take it if it was free? Or am i complicating things for myself in regards to getting the maximum shine out of the paint?

It all depends on how you plan on taking care of the car yourself...products you plan to use, etc.

You don't know what they are going to put on it. Then when you go to do your own formula how will it react.

Do it your way right from the start that way you know what's going on.
