OK, it looks good, it looks great. But my car always looks good/great after I wax it. The question is, is it NOTICEABLY better than other brands. And/or is it noticeably easier. If you've tried a lot or at least some other waxes and this one actually seems BETTER, then I'll try it.

been through some rainstorms and what not... still looking good after i dried it. Blackfire creates a super slippery surface.. makes it easier to clean off any mud or finger prints.. ect. Water sheets off a lot so there's not much water spots. This brought out a rich, deep shine better than any wax i've used. This is by far the easiest "wax" to apply also. There's no wait/dry time. Only a 2-step process. Polish ---> All Paint Protection. Also.. a small dab (size of a half a dime) goes a long way. You only use so little to do a whole car. I've used Meguiars, turtle wax, perma seal, and some other old brand.

I totally agree with s9am_me. I finally got my DB out in the sun and will take some pic today to post. I have tried several waxes and I really like the ease with which Blackfire goes on and off. That and and the fact that it dosen't have that white haze to discolor the trim. I have gone one step ahead and am trying out putting a small amount of Blackfire in my detailing spray. Since I do a quick detail every night it may clean and lightly re-wax/polish. I will let you know how well it works.

Cheers.

Is Blackfire a polymer sealant? Does it protect from UV? At what temperature does it break down? Do more coats offer better protection? I was going to order some Zaino, but from the looks of your pics, I can't decide between the two products. How much does it cost?

Yes, Yes, from -100F up to 480F (Carnuba waxs melt at 180F), Yes (of the All Paint Protection), and it costs $50 for the New Car Kit. It comes with everything you need.. Shampoo.. Polish.. All Paint Protection.. 2 microfiber applicators... and 2 microfiber wipe towels. Nice deal IMO

no it doesn't. The all paint protection is designed to last through multiple washes. The only way to really get the all paint protection off is to use the Polish is came with

The Blackfire looks great. s9am_me: I noticed the antenna you have, shorter than the "shortie" antenna that was on another post. What's the name/brand of your antenna? Can it be ordered online?

Thanks for any pointers, and again, niiice work with the Blackfire. I'm wondering how well it'll work on L. Sunset...

Hey 9am

Great pics...looks great. Just ordered a Black (Kuro in UK spec), and am drooling over any black Z pics on site. Check out the UK forum to see how excited we reserved Brits are generally all getting!!!!!

450 of us have paid $3000 deposit 3/17..delivery 1 Oct to 31 Dec!!!!...but boy will it be worth it. You guys in the US are so lucky

You mentioned in one of your posts that orange peel a problem..is that all colours or specific to Black in US?

General chat over..now the question..what is the best polish/wax to use for black? In UK Autoglym is No1 general product, but I'm seeing a lot about Zaino and Blackfire on the site - not regular UK products..I can check their sites, but they'll all say "we're great/best etc".

Any views

Thanks Jez
