Default Wheel Cleaning Tips

Here's mine...add if you have other suggestions:

Tires: Castrol Superclean
How: Apply at the car wash...make sure you don't get this stuff on your rims too much...strong stuff.
Why: All that greasy crap you put on your tires to make them shine and/or dark brown dirt buildup. Once you apply and powerwash off, you'd be amazed at how much crap comes off...flat black is your look? This is your answer.

Rims: Simple Green
How: Apply thoroughly outside and inside the rim at the car wash. Once you've done all rims powerwash off.
Why: Not as strong as some rim cleaners, but gets the job done. Biodegradable

Wheel Wax

this stuff really works. Ok, its sorta expensive but i really believe its worth it. Cleans off the brake dust easily. Also acts like a wax.. apply it.. let it dry to a haze.. and buff off. The more you use it.. the more the break dust get easier to clean. My rims have never been as smoooooth and shiney! And the shine lasts for months and months!!

as for tires..i use Meguiars Vinyl and rubber shine. Its supposed to restore the shine naturally and has UV protection. Other "tire wet" products dried out the tires on my old maxima.. so just watch out.
