Some Zaino pics (5 coats on redline red)

These are with 4 coats of Z5 and 1 coat of Z2...will post more when i get a chance to get some more Z2 on here.

Dang man, your "me shot" looks a lot better than mine! MUST USE MORE Z2...MUST GET MORE SHINE...aaaaaaaaaaaa..snap out of it!!!!! I've turned into a Zaino freak. Really though, do you think I just need more Z2 on mine?? I only have one coat on it now with lots of Z5 (i was trying to get all the swirls out, which i found was close to impossible).

Might need to get those eyes checked my man. Nah, it's definitely red. Here's an example of the sunset z from the nissan website.

opps, sorry that pic is so small. Go to nissandriven.com for pics of the sunset if you wanna compare. The "me" pic sort of distorts the color because it was late in the afternoon, i have a crap camera and my photography skills are not that great. Even still, I don't think it looks like a sunset

When I took that pic, I had one layer of Z-5 and two of the Z-2 with Z-6 between each. Of course I clayed and washed with Z-7 first.

I am now up to an even 20 layers and holding there since Thanksgiving. My Z is stored for the winter.

yeah, i clayed the car beforehand as well. But i've still got little water spots under the polish. I don't see anyway to prevent this. I was the car and dry it as fast as possible and it still has some spots on it. Any suggestions?

Make sure you aren't in the sun. Make sure your engine is completely cooled down. Use a silicon water blade to get the water off right away or perhaps a chamois. Some have even used a leaf blower to blow the drops off of the car.
