Yeap, soap and water will remove the Armor-All. You might want to use a microfiber towel or a terry cloth towel to wash it with. Something with a "nap" to get into the dimples and irregular surface to get all the AA out. After washing, wipe it down with just plain water to get all the soap residue off the surface.
