I would go with the 3m swirl mark remover.

The ScratchX says it's not an abrasive so it shouldn't cause any damage BUT it doesn't fill in the swirl marks. I tried it out on a small place on my car and it didn't make a lick of difference(for good or bad)

I used this product on my SB. It got rid of alot of real fine Spider webb scratches. But anything bigger then that it had no effect on.

I used Scratch X on my previous car to get rid of some fine scratches on my spoiler, and it looked great after it was done.

A year later the place where I applied Scratch X looked terrible, like it had been sandpapered. My dark blue car looked like it was being viewed through scratched glass. Adding more wax reduced the problem, but it required too much maintenance. Never again will I use that product. I'll take it to a pro if I ever get into that same situation.
