Default polishers/buffers

I'm looking to get a buffer and looking at the 2 porter cable models at classic motoring. What's the real difference between the $129 one and the $149. Is it worth it?

I believe one comes with the pad kit, while the other does not.

The key thing to get is the velcro backed base pad.. thats what lets you swap in various pads.

I think the more expensive one comes with the vecro backed base pad, along with some various polishing pads.
