Haha, they're a whole easier to keep clean than some of the more detailed rims.
Ive actually had an easier time washing the aftermarket ones than the stockers on all of my cars. The 5 or 6 spoke rims are the easiest and less time consuming. As for my stocks, the brake dust is insane. I probably should change the pads.
