Default Interior Cleaners?

I have no idea which interior cleaner works the best for my Enthusiast?? I have never owned a car with the type of grainey, slightly bumpy dashboard material before....any suggestions would be great.

Clean with a damp microfiber towel. The nap of the MF towel will get into the rough surface of the interior panels.

Protect with 303 Aerospace. Don't spray anything directly onto the panels, that will cause them to look dark and splotchy. Spray onto a cotton cloth and let it soak in for a moment then rub onto the interior panels.

Meguiars leather wipes with conditioner for leather seats. "Tuff Stuff" carpet cleaner for tough cloth seat and floor carpet stains. Damp rag for dusting. light Windex for light dirty spots on all car interior panels. Many will disagree with Windex, but I've used it for several years on different cars and never had a problem.
