Anyone of you having problem with their window scratched by the small stones inside the door panel when you open or close your window? Anyway to avoid this?

 

I have this problem and its getting bad. Its from sand stuck in the window felt, and I can hear it scratching everytime I raise and lower the window. More scratches in the window on my 3 year old Z then on my 17 year old other car.
