What are the Best Products to use?
What are the best products to use from beginning to end when cleaning and detailing the car? I have heard great things about many products but I am having difficulty deciding which products to use. Please include a step by step process if possible. I have read the autopia page but honestly there is way to much reading for me to accomplish in the next few days. So any short explanation would be mucho appreciated.
honestly, you should read that page on autopia. Its a great read and very informative. You already wanting to know quicker , easier steps already show you will do a half assed job on detailing your car. Just take half an hour out to read it.
For my car I use:
Interior plastic: 303 Aerospace
Wheels: Poorboys Spray n' Rinse
Leather: Lexol cleaner and conditioner
Polish: Menzerna Intensive and Final Polish
Wax: Meg's NXT, S100 (Carnuba, good on Dark colors) or Zaino
Tire Shine: Whatever is Cheap at Walmart!
Hope that helps and gets you on your way...

The autopia forums really have some good info.
As for the best, well that is subjective, but it's more about the process than it is the actual products.
For a basic detail, start with a clay, then polish and finish off with a wax. Don't make it more complicated than it is.
You might want to consider a porter cable and maybe a stronger polish for swirl marks and then decide if you want the protection and longevity of a synthetic wax.

I was mainly trying to find out what products people tend to trust ON THIS FORUM, I don't care what kind of wax someone guy uses on his civic or his ferrari. I wanted some basic info specific to the Z but since you all want be play mini mod and scream search rather then being helpful I ll just talk to a local Z owner whose car always looks clean and carries a deep shine. BTW I did search many times and the forums are just to scattered and jumbled, to few answers in to many threads. But yeah thanks for the help f**ks.
