Default touchscreen scratch remover?

Well, today i installed my avic-d3 unit in my car and in the process i managed to scratch the screen, yeah I was extremely pissed. So my question is what do ya recommend that I use to lessen the appearance of the scratches? I know they are too deep to completely remove but I was hoping that I could at least make it look not as bad. I am not sure if just a regular plastic polish is safe no the screen or if it would be harmful to use on it for some reason. Any help on the issue is much appreciated.

Pic of the scratches.....damn shift **** screw
