Materials used:
Various grits of 3M WetOrDry
PC 7424 (as always)
Lake Country pads

Looks great. I have only used the PlastX and had the same results. However I will be needing to take much more drastic measures with my Maxima (they're almost yellow)!

Isn't the haze on the inside as well as the outside?

I only had haze on the outside. Wet sanding it down takes all that yellow gunk off. There was so much of it.
There could be haze on the inside of your housing if water got into it, but most likely it is on the outside

That's what I was thinking to keep the cost of repair down. I think if you do this every so often you don't have to use all the other items he listed.
