Like anything, it depends on your taste and pinchon for spendingmoney once you get pass the cheap stuff. Most people here will tell you Zaino (whole detailing kit for about $100 I think). But, I've seen wax and/or polishes that costs as much as $500 per 8oz (#1 Yellow Carnuba). There is another product that costs about 8k per tub and they use the stuff on Enzo's, Ferrari, Bugatti's etc. So, best? Or, best you can afford? IMHO, almost anything better than Nufinish or other no name brand will do. The tip from your detailer is probably your best bet. I've got a superblack 350z and that's what I use as well.

has any one ever tried the wax called I-BIZ. They are talked about alot on corvette fourms. I see his presations all the time at carsile at the car events. he will clean pennies and glasses, etc. But i always laugh and walk away its pretty expensive but i just dont like to buy things when it takes that much effort to sell them to me. But im just wondering if any one has tried it or seen it before?

Haven't heard of the stuff. One thing, corvette owners overrate car detail products so much. That's why i never listen to what they have to say. Just like the whole zaino ordeal. Plus, a lot of corvette owners also push their own line of auto beauty boutique products, so you will see a lot of bias comments.

Being a detailer myself, and having owned 5 black cars, I'll offer some advice.

One of my fav combos is Clearkote Red moose glaze under their Carnauba moose wax. Amazingly wet combo.

Pinnacle Souveran is great.

I even like OTC Mother's FX Synwax, Walmart has them for $8.50, way under normal retail.

P21S doesn't last long, but looks amazing on black too.

Good luck!
