did you apply it directly to the panel or to a towel first. z door panels are notorious for spotting. Apply it only to the towel and then wipe it on thouroughly.

I typically apply 1 - 2 sprays to a microfiber towel and work the product in to the vinyl. You should try not to saturate the surface with product. If the surface feels very dry or rough you can apply the Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil. This helps soften the vinyl a little bit and look better.

The 303 products and detailing products in general are often optimized when you use just enough. Excess generally provides no benefit and can often be to the detriment of quality detailing. It's hard to say if the spotting is permanent. I think your best bet is to condition the vinyl with a product like the Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil I mentioned above. This is one of the few products I'll apply a little more generously or multiple coats of. I would wipe it on with a clean applicator pad and let it soak in. If it soaks in really quick I would apply more as needed. When you're done take a damp clean cloth or microfiber towel and wipe the excess product away. Let me know if you have any questions about this process or the recommended products.
