Default Proper way to use touch-up paint

Hey guys...

I really need your help on this one. Well, I went to install my alarm...and while he was doing the alarm..he chipped my center console which I had custom painted Ultra Yellow..so that it will match the car color.

He told me to bring it back today, so that he can bring it to the body shop and have it painted. Well I think that it is just too much has just to take out the center console.. having to wait a couple of days and place it back again.

So today I went to the Nissan Dealership and picked up the Ultra Yellow touch-up paint. It came with a base coat...the yellow... and the top coat..the metallic coat.

My question is..what is the proper way to use the touch up paint? I know that the colors won't exactly match..but something is better then...black!!!

Here are some pics:

There are two chips at two different spots...

Also, the one with the chip on the side has some deep scratches around it...how would I fix that?

Thanks for any advice!

How to Apply Touch Up Paint

I also use their product and find the color match much better than the OEM touch up paint that I have.

I am not affiliated with Paintscratch.com
