My question is there is a nasty film where she puked and how do I get it clean? I didn't get to wash it right away, but I dont think there's much damage done. When I washed it yesterday, the spot didnt want to come off. Is there like a degreaser I can use that won't hurt the clear coat? Or am I already fuc*ed? Thanks. I will never again pick her up in the Z after she's been drinking. Atleast she made it outside my car.

 

mite need to be buffed out, just bc included in puke is also acidic fluids, so letting it sit their mite of damaged the clear coat, look to get the hood detailed, that should take care of it

Stomach acid ftl. You're screwed.

 

Chances are the stomach fluid etched the clear coat. Kinda like bird **** if you leave it long enough...maybe a rubbing compound, or even wet sand will help.

 

i'd try wiping it down with a solvent you can get from a good auto salon... wipe it down GENTLY then buff the entire hood with compound wax followed by a good polish with gloss wax... i agree letting that puke puddle sit there might have done some real damage but it might not be too late... lol were you ******* it out over the hood of your car or something? shiet man

lol, you guys are f*ed up....LMFAO We got home from the bar, she drank too much and I told her if she puked in the car i was gonna kill her, we made it home, she got out....then BLAAWWWWWWWW, and she had some on her hand and almost fell over so put her hand on the hood. So Puke Hand + Hood = Not Ok.
