Default Turtle Wax!!!! Liquid Clay Bar???!!

I walked into Autozone yesterday and turtle wax has this new thing called "Liquid Clay Bar" how can this possibly be even close to as effective as a real clay bar?

I looked on the site and they claim its better than a conventional clay bar. Is this false advertising or is it a miracle product

Yeah, I've see it around. A co-worker of mine bought it this past week and he's supposed to work on his car this weekend. I'll let you know the results.

I have had nothing but good luck with Meguiars Clay Bar kits or even the Magic Clay Lube. If it ain't broke, don't break it...

I used to use a conventional clay bar, but then consider the fact, that the rubbish you're removing off the surface is still stuck inside the clay bar, even if you only use the clay bar a few times, you could still be micro-marring your paint as the bar passes over the surface, because of this.

I use the Turbo Wax Bug & Oxidation Remover, just use with water, and you can clean the bar, so you're not causing more micro-marring. It's sort of looks like a special foam, but it's far more than that.

If the rain gives out here, in the next few days I'll do a section of a friends car, to show before and after.

I have used it before also, and its terrible. Sometimes it leaves this ugly looking residue that doesnt really come off.

I was not impressed with the liquid clay bar at all. It is a product for the lazy.
If you are used to using the traditional claybar and lube spray don't bother switching.

"ICE" is informercial fodder. Stick w/ the real deal, or the next thing you'll be shelling green for is a chia-pet and a Sham-WOW!

I've used both Mother's and Meguiar's and like them both (though the little box that Meguiar's included is cool to store the clay).

Real clay bar is cool because when you are finished you can put it in the oven and make an ash tray for mom.
