Default newbie here, interior problem PLZ help~~!!!!!!!!

Hi~~ everyone, maybe my question can be so stupid, but plz reply me, thank u. I realize the material of the door (interior) of 350 is special, it's not leather or plastic. I wonder how do I clean and protect the interior. I read couple of post, ppl are using 303 something to maintane their interior (dash, shift boot, door panel), how abt the DOOR?? I tried to put some interior detailer on it, but the result is terrible (the door looks oily and some white spot). Please, someone tell me how to keep the interior nice and clean. Thank you.

I use 303 on doors. But whatever you use apply it to a rag & not directly on the door.

By the way, water also works.

I have had very good results on interior vinyl/plastic over the years with a weak solution of Murphy's Oil Soap and warm water. First vacuum all the dust off with an upholstery brush attachment, then wipe down with a damp cotton washcloth rinsed frequently in a bucket of Murphys & water. Murphys is a very mild soap that moisturises the vinyl without leaving an oily residue. It also has a mild, pleasant scent.

I'm using Mequiars also and has good results. Lile Rat Z said simply spray it on your rag NOT on the door itself. I've also used Mother's Back To Black on shifter (5AT) and black trim, looks great.

Whatever cleaner you use (I prefer Vinylex for both interior and tires) apply to your applicator (as previsouly stated) and not the door.

As for the best applicator - I use a foam wax applicator pad.
