Got 3 small chips on my driver side fender and rust has formed in the areas. THe chips are very small like half pinky nail size ut i need to now if i justcover them with touch up paint will tha take care of the problem?

 

You're going to have to get rid of the rust before you paint or it will eat through the paint in time. They sell some chemicals you can buy at auto parts stores that will coat the rust so it does not progress anymore. You can apply that, then paint over it. I don't know what it's called. You'll have to just take a trip to the store and look...
