As ZSpectrum stated it helps ensure there is nothing left on the surface before sealing the paint. Just spray it on and wipe it off to ensure you get the maximum durability from your sealant.

How does the blackfire carnuba compare to the p21s 100% as well as pinnacle souveran. Assuming the surfaces are equally well prepped. How does the shine/ durability compare. As well as the look achieved?

Great question. I like the P21S 100% a lot, it looks great on both light and darker colors. It's surprisingly easy to work with and comes with an ergonomic hand applicator. For darker paints I think the Souveran and Blackfire products are superior though. Souveran has long been one of my favorites because it makes darker paint look extremely deep and "wet". However I'm quite impressed with the Blackfire Wax though and would probably give it a very slight edge over the Souveran for most colors. I love the depth of the reflection and overall appearance. It also comes with a better foam applicator in my opinion than the Souveran. All three are pretty easy to use and should pose no problems. Additionally all three have similar durability of about 2 - 6 weeks depending on your driving conditions. I don't think any one lasts noticeably longer in my experiences. In my opinion most waxes have such limited durability it's hard to get one that has noticeably more protection. Let me know if I can help provide any other details.

Everyone has their own opinion on sealants, but here is my take. I think it is the easiest product to apply and remove I have ever used. It has a really deep gloss that rivals a carnauba wax. The Jetseal 109 may offer a little more protection and may be the best overall sealant on the market. The AIO is excellent but it's different because it's a chemical cleaner with sealant. I love the AIO but it offers less protection and more cleaning power. Zaino has some good sealants but there are too many to compare them all.

This is one of my favorite sealants out there with a deep shine, outstanding protection and ease of use. If you have not tried the Chemical Guys Jetseal 109 today is the day!

Yes it is the "stuff" for leather and leatherette. It should help make the leather look and feel much newer. Keep us posted on what you think of the results!
