Rule number one of having high end aftermarket wheels is NEVER take your car to a carwash, period. The soaps they use are typically too abrasive and will probably strip off whatever wax you do have on your car, the towels they use will swirl the heck out of your paint, and you wheels will end up getting ruined eventually. Those carwashes use little clamps and a chain driven roller to pull your car through the carwash. Those gears and chains are greased and oiled, that gunk and the harsh soap is probably what got onto your lip. I would immediately use a 50/50 vinegar and water mix to try and remove it before it gets backed into your clearcoat.
IF you are able to remove it successfully, avoid machine washes in the future and get a nice wheel wax to avoid future damage.

Did you happen to use tire shine afterwards as well? If you find the finish was ruined, like stated above, I would try a polish on them via an orbital.
After you solve the problem, I would recommend Migliore: Wheel Seal for your application.
