Default Permanent Bug Stains/Etching

Last weekend I picked up my new 07 MB Nismo. I drove it from CO to MN over two days and didn't wash it once as the weather was nice and the bugs on it weren't too bad. After washing the car and removing the bugs I pulled it in the garage to dry it off. Once I was finished all the bug residue was removed but you could see each splatter like they etched the clear as light reflected off the bumper. I don't know if this because I should've taken care of them immediately or because the clear is still somewhat soft. Is this something that a clay bar will fix or should I have it preofessionally buffed? I fear doing anything as this is the first black car I've owned. Any input is appreciated

Before the clay bar, try a dryer sheet that is wet on wet paint. Dryer sheets work wonders on bug stains. Then try the claybar

Problem was I Zaino'd it immediately and noticed the stains afterwards. Hopefully I didn't make them permanent. This is pretty unfortunate as I had an appointment to get it clear bra'd today. Gotta get this taked care of before I get that done. Appreciate the help so far.

Try a bug removal product from your local auto part store. If it does not work try clay bar. Then move to a mild polish and buffer.
