Default offical order of business

I use Blackfire and have purchased some 3M swirl mark remover. Which order should I use them? The Blackfire kit comes with polish and protectant. So here is waht I am thinking. 1. Swirl mark remover, 2. polish, 3. protectant. Or should I do S.M. remover wait a day or two then Blackfire? What do you think? Thanks for any assistance.

You've got it right. 3M SMR first, then the Blackfire polish and protectant. No need to wait in between steps either. Be sure to report back on the 3M SMR - it's great stuff!

You'll want to wash your car thoroughly both before AND after using the 3M Swirl Mark Remover. The wash before will make sure there aren't any scratch-creators (grit) on the car when you use the 3M, and the wash after gets all the abrasives and oil off your car before you polish. The 3M product is oily, and if you don't wash it off, the polish you put on won't last as long, because it can't adhere to the paint.
