has anyone heard of this diamond gloss protectant.

"Space-age technology to seal and protect your paint" is what they claim. Apparently, they strip the car down and remove old wax, bugs, etc. --- then with an obital buffer they apply the diamond gloss.

It is supposed to protect the finish of your car and NEVER REQUIRES WAXING!!!

sounds too good to be true. does anyone have this done on their Z. i think the price is around $100, and should last up to 3 yrs. if it works it could save a bunch of money and time.

they have a website :http://ziebart.baynet.net/diamond.html. I just called them, the number is from Ontario, but they gave me another number, probably central office :1-248-588-4100. I'm gonna call them tomorrow to check the nearest location.

 

I think I'll try this on my big *** black expedition. Keeping the thing clean is a bear. I have to wash & dry in sections to prevent spotting.

 

No wax or polish lasts a year much less 3 years, it is real similar to the dealer applied sealant scams that have been discussed on this forum to death... save your money.....

Also, you should ran far away from any product that says "space age" or "as seen on TV"....
