Default How do you...

get off those little things stuck to the front bumper of the car...I'm afraid to scratch with my nail cuz i dont want to put scratches in and just using wax doesn't get them out...is there some method to getting the dead bugs and whatnot off the bumper?

I'm realizing how hard black is to keep clean...even after waxing with Gold Class by Maguires...I can still see some swirls.

You should remove dead bugs before the get hard and set up, not doing so will etch the clear coat due to the acids in the bugs body, once the clear coate is etched about the only thing that will make it look better is wet sanding.

Remove them before they get crusty with just car wash and water during your washing. If you have let them go for a while, a clay bar is your best bet to remove them. I remove the bugs from all my cars the same day they get on there...

I would do a quick wash just on the front end, keep a bucket of soapy water and a mit already mixed up and one or two swipes would get most off before they set up...
