How best to treat the paint
Im looking for feedback on the best practices for washing / treating the exterior of my new 350Z. I have seen many cars out there which are nice and shiny, but they often have swirls in them, where the clear coat is obviously scratched. I want to avoid this.
What is the recommended procedure for washing / waxing these cars ... cloth texture, soap, wax (if any?) ... and what about that treatment the dealer always trys to sell when you buy a car? Is that stuff worth anything, and if so, can you buy it somewhere else and do it yourself?
