I found Wizards Vinyl Shine to work like nothing else on my wheels.
I put it on the whole deal. Tires and wheel.
Use a sponge to apply to all four first, then go back with a dry rag and polish the wheel.
Absolutely beautiful new wheel shine.
On a scale of 1 to 10 for the work and time involved, this is a solid 1. 10 minutes max.

Even if you are the hard core wax user... you owe it to yourself to try this.
