Default Exterior glass scum
All outside glass surfaces have a scum you can see when wet and rough with a rag when wet. I think it might be something the dealer did with prep. RAZORBLADES dont even budge it How to remove?

Try using a claybar on it. If that doesn't work you can get a 3M Fine Cut abrasive... i've used the stuff to remove watermarks in my old Z's ttops... it takes a while but cleans it up nicely
