Unhappy Scratch repair advice

What's better than getting keyed? Why getting keyed on the same body panel after its been reparied!

Some bastard walked against my car with either jeans, dangling keys, or a purse. I'm not about to pay another $600 to get it repainted x2.

Here are the pics

What are my options?

It does not look all that bad, do you have an orbital buffer with foam pads? do you have any 3M Swirl Mark Remover part number 39009? if not, you better get both because these things happen from time to time.

OMFG!! The body shop that repainted the panel was able to buff those scratches right out!! I thought I was screwed for sure!

Dude, those scratches looked intentional. Didnt look like someone walked against your car. Keep an eye on that thing!
