Wet Tire look without fling possible?
I'm currently using Chemical Guys Tire Shine Gel, used to work great with no fling and I could get it as wet as I'd like. I am the type who likes the really wet wet look and shiney. It seems I can't get it to stop flinging, Even if I'd wipe it on and off with a rag somehow I manage to get it to fling on my car (white car, easy as heck to tell). I also clean my tires before hand also.
Any other recommendations to try out?

have you tried completely cleaning off your tires from the old applications first?
if not, i would recommend that you completely scrub down the tires with some all purpose cleaner and a stiff brush first to get rid of any remaining tire gel.
apply the tire gel after and what i normally do is let it sit for a while whether it's overnigh or 24 hours.

You should try Migliore Tire Shine. Its not the glossiest tire shine but its easy to apply, doesnt fling ( at least not when i used it, dont be so liberal with it) and looks good.

meguirs insane shine is extra glossy and is the only one i tried with 0 fling. I only use the spray can though

Meguiars Endurance and NXT above are as wet as it gets, I would also stick to the aerosol to avoid sling. I personally like the satin gloss of Extreme VRP with one application and a wet look with the second application. The Optima tire dressing also has a very clean satin look.

I use Poorboy's Bold 'N Bright. I wipe on one coat with a foam applicator...it gives it a natural shine that doesn't fling. I believe multiple coats can be applied for a wetter look, but one suits my tastes fine.
Ive been using the Armor All Extreme Tire shine gel also and have not experienced sling. Whatever you do, stay away from black magic platinum tire gel, that crap with make everything stick to it and sling it all over the place. A clean prepped tire and small amounts of gel will get you good non sling results.
The key is cleaning the tire first and using a water based dressing. I would scrub them clean with the Poorboys World BioAPC of similar product. Then let a water based dressing soak in to the tire and apply nice thin coats. The Poorboy's World Bold n Bright is a great option for this scenario. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I've cleaned the tires first, with a water+soap dilluted that I mix on my own for an APC and use a hard bristle brushes to scrub off. And the CG Tire Shine is a gel base just like the rest of the above. Maybe I use too much, maybe I need to clean my actual applicator each time I use it. Because before I was cleaning my applicator each use now this one I am not.

i clean the tires and use bold an bright from poorboys. aerospace 303 works good on my tires as well i think its ok to use on them, makes them look good. I havent cleaned my applicator in months and it still works fine.
If the product you use is a spray-on type of product (I like Optimum Tire Shine), allow it to sit on the tires for a long period of time (a couple hours) and then use an old towel to remove excess. This allows the tire product to absorb into the rubber. I leave OTS on while I detail the rest of the car. By the time I'm done, there's hardly any excess and the tires look fantastic.
dont aerospace on the tires.. keep it in the interior only.
Really? i never read anything about it how come? It made them look awesome.
