Default Taking my 350z through a car wash...

I was thinking of taking my 350z through a car wash, but I am kinda worried about swirl marks. This is no cheap car wash by any means. It's Mike's car wash. Here's the details of what all they do:
http://www.mikesexpress.com/default....age=ourprocess

Would I be ok taking it through there?

The time you save using a drive thru carwash or cheap "hand" wash will be used up and then some when you have to use a multi step polishing process.

THe fingers hitting the top of the car are about useless. Its the sides of the car that are dirty not the top.

Whether it be a water jet car wash or other, the chemicals they use in them are a lot more harsh than most of us would use whilst detailing our cars. It will strip most of the wax off your car if it has any, and it isn't very kind to any plastics etc. It won't clean your rims either and may cause your headlights to haze.

Lol, have I put you off yet?! Either detail it yourself or employ a professional detailer to do it for you.

Damn, we need more immigrants in PA

Seriously though, hand washing the Z doesn't take that long. It's a small car and once you get a routine down it can be done in no time. Stay away from those car washes, not only do they use harsh chemicals like some members have already mentioned but there is dirt from every car that's gone through before you embedded in those brushes.

You may as well just wash your car with sand paper

A car wash I used once had floor soap in their machine. It removed my clearcoat.
